Storage Tips & Recommendations

Pack heavier items first

Maximise your space by loading the most bulky items against the wall first. Then pack boxes on top.

Make use of small spaces

Once the larger items are in, stuff any gaps of unused space with smaller items to utilise the available space.

keep used items close to the door

Once you have packed your container, there is nothing worse than needing something important. Store your most used items close to the door.

make use of the height

Dependent on the storage container you have chosen, there is considerable height to consider – make use of it!

keep an aisle clear

If you do need to move around, it is a good idea to keep some sort of open aisle for easier manoeuvring.

use dust sheets

We clean our storage containers regularly, but once items lay sitting around for awhile dust will come overtime – use dust sheets.

what can you store?

You are unable to store items such as flammables, hazardous or corrosive materials, we are also required by law to open containers if asked to do so by the police.
