Booking a storage container is straightforward. Here is exactly how the process works, step by step.

Check Live Prices
Our live online booking system shows current prices and availability. No need to wait for a quote.
Book Online
Pick your move-in date, enter your details, and complete the booking online. Payments are handled securely online.
Move In
Drive to our St Tudy site, access your container during opening hours, and load up at your own pace.
What to Expect When You Arrive
Our site is on Hengar Lane, just off the B3266. There is plenty of parking for vans and larger vehicles. You can drive right up to your container door for easy loading and unloading.

- Access hours: Mon–Sat 7am–6pm, Sun 8am–6pm
Practical Things to Know
Insurance
Current insurance requirements are confirmed during the online booking journey and customer agreement. Make sure stored goods are properly covered before storing them. Read our general storage insurance guidance.
What You Cannot Store
Flammable, hazardous or corrosive materials are not permitted. Perishable goods and illegal items are also prohibited. We may be required by law to open containers if asked by the police.
Container Construction
Our containers are welded all-steel construction with weather-sealed doors and load-bearing 30mm marine plywood floors over steel floor bearers. They are freestanding, self-contained units.
Packing Tips
Pack heavier items at the back first, use the full height, keep frequently needed items near the door, leave an aisle if possible, and use dust sheets over furniture.
