How Your Belongings Are Protected
Padlock Provided
A heavy-duty padlock is included with your container. You hold the only keys — nobody else can access your container without your permission.
Rural Location
The storage site is set back from the road in a quiet, rural location near St Tudy — away from passing traffic.
Steel Construction
Our containers are steel construction with weather-sealed doors and marine plywood flooring over steel floor bearers. These are solid, weatherproof units designed for long-term outdoor storage.
Defined Access Hours
The site has set opening hours, which means access is controlled and predictable. The site is not accessible outside these hours.
When You Can Access Your Container
Access is available during these hours. You can visit as often as you need. Hours may occasionally vary — check with us if you need to confirm.
Drive-Up Container Access
All our containers have drive-up access. You can bring your vehicle right up to the container door, making loading and unloading straightforward — whether you have a car, van, trailer or larger vehicle.
There is plenty of space to manoeuvre larger vehicles. The site surface is suitable for heavy loads and frequent visits.
Insurance Requirement
Make sure goods stored in our containers are properly covered. Current insurance requirements, accepted cover, and any options are confirmed during the online booking journey and customer agreement. You may be able to use:
- Guidance or options shown during the online booking journey
- Your existing home contents insurance (check it covers goods in external storage)
- A separate storage insurance policy from your own insurer
